4 Plumping Products for Faking Fuller Lips

The Fuller-Lip phase isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. Most of us dream of having an even, fuller-pout, well at least I do! I’ve been experimenting with this trend on-and-off for years; my top is noticeably more thin than my juicy bottom, so there’s been a lot of experimenting! In my research I’ve accumulated 4, must-try products. If you’re considering getting lip-filler injections, I’d advise giving these products a whirl first!

I’d like to make an Honorable Mention before we get into the list: Dior’s Crème de Rose Smoothing Plumping Lip Balm. It was discovered last year that it was being discontinued (at least in the US) for some silly reason, it’s such a cult beauty product and staple! I still have a little left in my pot that I’m desperately clinging to. I’d purchase that product time and again for years because hands down, it was one of the BEST plumping and nourishing lip balms around. Sad day in beauty for sure.

Anyway…onto the list that I can happily say, none of these products are discontinued and still very much available!

Filorga Nutri-Filler Lips Nutri-plumping Lip Balm

$29 USD / $45 CAD

I wouldn’t consider this a balm, more like a glossy-oil. This stuff works without any tingling that some “plumping” products tend to do. The lip treatment comes out of a silicone applicator that’s so cushiony and easy to use. A mixture of Shea butter, pro-collagen peptide, castor oil, & Hyaluronic Acid not only contribute to the desiredFuller-Lip look , but this little multi-taster also soothes and repairs incredibly dry lips. Lips are left plumper, incredibly hydrated, and softer.

Dior Addict Lip Maximizer

$34 USD / $42 CAD

Now if you’re looking for that “tingle” sensation, then you’ll love these next 2 products. A friend recommended me the Dior Addict Lip Maximizer and it’s everything you’d want in a Lip-plumping gloss that others just don’t match up to. I’d like to note: I am by no means a “gloss” gal.I despise the stuff, but this Dior gloss is the only exception. Period. Not only does it give that plumping “tingle” with the full, plump effect, it’s not at all tacky or sticky like majority of glosses are. It’s literally the perfect gloss you’ll own and only gloss that I’ll ever own. It also comes in a variety of different colors that all apply sheer and dewy.

KNC Beauty Lip Mask

$25 USD for 5 pack

Jen Atkin, the girl boss of haircare brand Ouai, got me hooked on this cute lip masks. I’ve tried tons of Lip Masks that just tingled and did nada. These from KNC give the tingle, plumping, hydrating, and more. Collagen, Vitamin E, Cherry Extract, and Rose Oil combo give that full-Lip effect in less than 20 minutes. These are great to travel with or use when getting ready for an event. [They make stellar eye masks too that are also HUGE faves of mine!]

Buxom Plumpline Lip Liner

$18 USD / $20 CAD

When I take off the KNC Lip Mask, I go right in with the Buxom Plumpline Lip Liner in shade Hush Hush (my perfect nude shade). If the lips couldn’t get any fuller… you may actually fool yourself into thinking you got some lip-work done with this pencil! I don’t know what beauty science was stirred up in order to make a lip pencil make your lips look fuller, but I’m not complaining. I’ve gone through probably 10 of these pencils in the last 2 years, no joke. I use it on my lips with every makeup look. It helps creates softer, full lips in an instant and at an affordable price.
