5 Lipsticks for Fall
Aside from pumpkin spice lattes, lipsticks are my favorite part of fall. Now is the time to start bringing out matte, slightly darker lip colors. Following are a few lip products I'll be reaching for this fall.
If you're not a fan of drying liquid lipsticks, take a look at Bite's new range. They are so creamy, pigmented, and comfortable! Of course, these are not the most long-wearing, nor are they transfer-proof, but they outlast most traditional lipsticks. Demi Glace is a beautiful chocolate that screams fall.
Kat Von D's formula takes the cake if you need something more long-wearing and transfer-proof than Bite's liquid lips. Lolita 2 is a warm, terra-cotta nude shade that makes me think of pumpkins - a must for this season.
MAC lipsticks are among my favorites. The formula is reliable at a great price point. Each fall, I always reach for Rebel. It's the perfect berry/plum to ease into a vampy lip.
I almost forgot about the Too Faced liquid lipsticks, but they have one of my favorite formulas. They're not too drying, but are still very long-wearing. Melted Chihuahua is the perfect dusty nude for any time of year, but I particularly love it in fall because it reminds me of fallen leaves.
The Vice Lipsticks are so creamy and pigmented, they easily jumped to the top of my favorite formulas list after they released last year. The shade Crisis does not get enough love. It's the perfect plummy rose for fall - not too red, not too purple. I get compliments whenever I wear it!
