High-End Makeup Worth the Splurge

I am a huge fan of luxury makeup products, though sometimes the products don't really seem to be worth the extra money. It has to be a solid product for me to justify keeping it for such a high price tag. Today I'm sharing 5 of my favorite high-end makeup products that I've found to be completely worth the splurge.

Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick

$34 USD

Most of Charlotte Tilbury's products are hits with me, but her matte lipstick range is particularly impressive. Somehow these mattes are creamy and hydrating, while still being long-lasting. The rose gold packaging is stunning as well, which adds to the luxurious feeling.

Guerlain Meteorites Pearls

$62 USD

Admittedly, Guerlain Meteorites are not for everyone. Some people just don't seem to get the point of them (and that's okay). Personally, I can't live without. These are a finishing powder; different than a setting powder. I apply these at the end of my routine (before setting spray) to blend my blush/bronzer and add radiance. My makeup looks more flawless and healthy when I use these pearls.

Tom Ford Eye Defining Pen

$57 USD

Call me crazy for including a liquid eyeliner, but this pen is honestly the best and totally worth it. It just makes applying liner so much easier because it glides perfectly. With this pen, I'm an expert at applying my liner, when I assure you, I was a bit of a mess before. I don't use it everyday, but this pen has lasted over a year for me and still works the same as day one.

Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation

$64 USD

This foundation does have a lot of hype, but it really is worth it. It has the most gorgeous finish: natural, but radiant. With my dry skin, it can be a little difficult to use because it will cling to dry patches. I just make sure to exfoliate well before using and it's flawless.

DiorSKIN Nude Air Luminizer

$56 USD

I'm definitely a highlighter junkie and own way too many, but it would be easy to say my favorite highlighter ever is from Dior. The Nude Air Luminizer formula is amazing. They're perfectly balanced between being visible from space, but somehow natural. These have that wet look that helps them meld into skin to avoid the highlight stripe effect.
