Biologique Recherche - Lotion P50

5.1 oz / $65.00 USD

This ‘cult-classic’ is a product that I will forever keep in my cabinet. Lotion P50 is an acid toner that comes in seven different variations, all targeted towards different needs and skin types. In my opinion, this is a must for (almost) everyone regardless of age or skin type. Whenever I apply P50, I wake up to even, glowing, and pore-free skin. It refines and tones while working to combat my discoloration and stubborn blemishes. When I use this on a consistent basis (I try for every other night) my skin looks and feels amazing, and my makeup applies smoothly the next morning. I can’t say enough good things!

The Ordinary - Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG

 1 oz / $6.70 USD

I’m almost done with my first bottle of the caffeine solution, and I have to say, I’ll definitely be restocking when I run out. First off, you can’t beat the price. Coming in at about seven dollars, I’d say it's worth giving a shot! Secondly, though, I really have seen results. I normally apply this serum to my under eyes, twice a day, and I’ve seen improvements in the tone of my dark circles. I find that this brightens up the area, and gives a much needed ‘pick-me-up’ and de-puffing to my otherwise purple circles.

Jordan Samuel Skin - Hydrate

1 oz / $29.00 USD

Certainly a classic on Instagram, I’ve grown to love Hydrate so much over the past month. I almost never reached for the product before, until I decided it would be the perfect product to incorporate into my emulsions (the last step in my routine - a concoction of a face oil, a moisturizer, and Hydrate. All are mixed together and generously applied to my skin. I’m crediting @lizalaskabeauty for the tip!) Hydrate provides the perfect base to the emulsion because it combats my dehydration, adds a subtle glow, and plays well with my other products! I’m almost through with my bottle, and I’ll definitely be restocking.

Josh Rosebrook - Hydrating Accelerator

4 oz / $32.00 USD

The smell alone would be enough to get me to purchase this product - it’s divine. However, the scent combined with a powerful, yet soothing ingredient list has quickly propelled the Josh Rosebrook Hydrating Accelerator towards the top of my must-haves. It’s the first thing I reach for when I’ve overdone it with my skin. On days when my skin is feeling tight, dry, and generally unhappy, I can always count on the Hydrating Accelerator to calm things down. It provides a boost of hydration and feels amazing on an overworked face. It’s a must!

Jane Scrivner Skincare - Nourishing Cleanser

3.4 oz / ≈ $60.00 USD

This gorgeous oily, balmy pot of goodness not only destroys makeup, but calms and plumps my skin on even the worst of days. The smell is heavenly and anyone who has used this cleanser will tell you that their skin looks significantly better after using it. It’s hard to put your finger on exactly what does it, but after a nice massage and removal with the matching fluffy mit (another love!) my skin looks and feels so incredibly hydrated and glowing. I love using this cleanser before P50 because it cushions the skin and I feel it prepares it for an acid. Yes, yes, yes. I’ll repurchase this forever.

You Skincare - Clarifying Glow Serum

1 oz / $60.00 USD

A newer find for me, but one that I’ve grown so fond of. I’m already on my second bottle of this niacinamide and nutrient-rich serum. It honestly does what it says - my skin has a nice glow after application, and with consistent use, this serum has helped combat some of my red marks and breakouts. On hot (or lazy) days, I’ll mix Clarifying Glow with the Jordan Samuel Skin Hydrate, and together they form a moisturizing, glowy last step. I try to use this serum at least once a day, but even when I don’t, it’s something that I always come back to!

Osmosis - Rescue Serum

1 oz / $120.00 USD

As I was venturing in and out of the medical-grade skincare world, this serum single-handedly pulled me back in. The smell can be a bit off-putting, I think it smells like a public pool, but I’ve grown to love it and everything it does for my skin. It truly repairs and rescues my skin when it’s in need of help. This is a staple in my nightly routine, and I wake up to more even and generally healthier skin when I use it. I’m almost done with my bottle (I’m cringing at having to shell out another $120, but to me, it’s worth it) and I’ll definitely purchase another. This serum can help with acne, inflammation and seriously aids in barrier repair and strengthening of the skin.

Zo Skin Health - Offects Exfoliating Polish

 2.3 oz / $67.00 USD

Zo Skin Health was one of the first, if not the first, medical grade skincare brand that I ever tried and it’ll always hold a special place in my heart, and my skincare shelf! This is the only physical scrub that I have in my collection, and for good reason. It’s gentle enough where I don’t feel like I’m doing more harm than good by using a scrub. While it’s a product that I only reach for a handful of times a month, I always know exactly when I need to use it. My skin will become rough, textured, and dull. The polish combats them all. I’m left with lasting, baby-soft skin after each use, and every product applies better afterwards. This is hands down the best scrub I’ve ever used, and for that reason, I’ll always make sure to have it on hand.

I hope you all enjoyed the last month of summer! Wishing you all a happy and healthy year ahead!
