Natalie Thorogood of Soak Society

Natalie Thorogood is the founder and entrepreneur behind Soak Society, an Australian beauty and wellness brand specializing in all natural modern bath products for busy women who value their "me-time".

Natalie started Soak Society 3 years ago, after being inspired by her own bath routines and her desire to share her handmade bath soaks with the world.

Soak Society's bath soaks are vegan and cruelty-free, made from Epsom Salt, assorted clays, and a mix of essential oils. Each of these ingredients offer different benefits for the skin, body, and mind. Epsom Salt is rich in Magnesium which helps not only to alleviate and soothe sore muscles, but also helps with sleep and provides natural stress and anxiety relief. Natural clays such as Bentonite the Clay and Pink Kaolin Clay help draw out toxins and act as a detox agent. Essential oils provide aromatherapy which helps to calm you down and boost your mood.

To reap the benefits of a soak, grab a cup of herbal tea or a glass of wine, put on a face mask and soak for at least 20 minutes. Use this time to read a book, listen to some soothing music or a podcast.

Natalie's mission for Soak Society is to help busy women (and men) who are overworked, to reclaim their downtime and recharge.

From Queensland, Australia to what is now a world renowned company that has been featured on Vogue, Natalie has embraced her entrepreneurial spirit to build a brand that has changed her life for the better.

Natalie pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and PR. She uses her skills across all aspects of the business, as she's in charge of administration, business development, collaborations, and so much more.

She designed Soak Society to be a reflection of her values. The vegan brand employs clean, minimalist packaging and a luxurious feel that men can also be proud to enjoy. Their Rose soak contains actual rose petals which makes it a great choice for couples.

Looking forward, Natalie would love to have Soak Society in luxury hotels around the world and to help bath culture restore its place in wellness routines.

This year, Soak Society will be expanding their product line with brand new soaks as well as visiting some luxury resorts in Asia for potential partnership.
