Meet Samantha Cutler, health and fitness coach, public speaker, trainer, and blogger behind Silver Lining by S, a personal blog whose goal is to help women feel confident and beautiful through health and wellness.
Samantha started Silver Lining by S 2 years ago as an outlet to talk about local cafés and restaurants in Montreal, as well as share her personal thoughts. At the time, she was working a corporate job at Holt Renfrew's OGILVY as a Marketing and Promotions/Special Events Coordinator, maintaining the blog alongside her day job. She used her background as a Special Events Coordinator to plan a launch party for her blog, making the most of the connections she's built in the industry to get her project off the ground. Before starting her blog and securing herself a position at Holt Renfrew, Samantha obtained her Bachelor's in Fashion Merchandising Management at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.
On her blog, Samantha covers everything from health and wellness, to travel, fashion, beauty, and restaurant recommendations. An all around lifestyle website, Samantha has built a name for herself as a lifestyle guru. She works as a brand ambassador for fitness brands such as the Montreal-based LOLE, and teaches classes at Westmount's Victoria Park Medi-Spa and Fitness Centre. She takes inspiration from her constant travels, growing her audience in cities like Chicago, Miami, and Los Angeles, where the health and fitness markets are growing exponentially. Samantha is working on the launch of her new website, The Fit Fatale, which will allow her to provide health and fitness coaching to women online and offer resources for women looking to begin or continue their journey toward a healthier and happier lifestyle. Women who sign up will have access to a wealth of information for only $15 a month, along with the ability to book private sessions and calls with Samantha for more one-on-one coaching. She stresses the importance of making her services affordable and accessible to women of all ages.
Looking forward, Samantha wants to continue inspiring women to feel beautiful in their bodies, and works to bust the taboos surrounding common beauty and wellness practices. She is always open and genuine with her audience, sharing honest product reviews and recommendations, as well as taking her readers and followers along her own journey.
